428 Rear Axle Drive Chains & Sprockets
428 chain, joining links and sprockets for the external go-kart drivetrain from the clutch or gearbox output to the rear axle.
- Fast replacement: choose a 94-link continuous HD or O-ring chain after confirming your existing link count.
- Custom lengths and fleet work: choose a bulk roll and use joining links made for the same chain type. O-ring, HD and standard links are not interchangeable.
- Front sprockets: confirm the output type and bore — 22mm gearbox output or 25mm GX390 dry clutch — then select the tooth count.
- Rear sprockets: confirm axle/carrier fitment, 135mm PCD and tooth count.
Honda reduction-box note: the internal wet-clutch/reduction-box chain is a separate 36-link component. Use the dedicated Honda GX reduction-box chain drive (OEM reference 23161-822-611) rather than selecting an external rear-drive chain by length.
