428 O-Ring Continuous Chain – 94 Links – Go Kart

A pre-sized continuous loop of 428 O-Ring chain — no joining link required. Just remove the old chain, fit this one, and you're done. For a busy rental operation where workshop time is money, not having to cut, size, and join a chain from a bulk roll makes this the fastest possible chain replacement.

94 links is the correct loop length for most standard 428-pitch rental kart drivetrains, so in the majority of cases this is a straight swap with no measuring, no cutting, and no tools beyond what's needed to tension the axle.

O-Ring chain uses rubber seals between the link plates to retain lubricant and exclude dirt — significantly longer service life than standard or HD chain as a result. Particularly valuable on outdoor tracks where keeping on top of chain lubrication between sessions is a challenge. Less frequent lubrication, less frequent replacement, lower running costs over a season.
