You — the purchaser, either a Consumer or a Business Customer.

• Consumer — an individual purchasing for personal use.
• Business Customer — any person or entity purchasing for trade, commercial, or operational purposes.

Your rights differ depending on which category you fall into — see Sections 9 and 10.

By using the Services you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, and that any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity on it. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or licensed to anyone else.

You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the website, or attempt fraud or payment abuse
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce site content without permission
• Provide false information or impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated or AI agents to access the Services without identifying as such (Section 14)
• Transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, but colour and appearance may vary by device or screen. Descriptions are subject to change without notice, and we may discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

An order is an offer to purchase and is not legally binding until we confirm dispatch, or goods are shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, correct pricing errors, or limit quantities. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

Business Customers purchasing for resale or commercial use are exempt from any personal-use-only restriction that may otherwise apply to Consumer purchases.

Kart components must be fitted correctly and safely. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility with your kart model, verify part numbers, and ensure professional installation where required.

We are not responsible for incorrect fitting, damage from improper installation, use outside manufacturer specification, competitive racing stress beyond rental parameters, or mechanical failure resulting from misuse.

• International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local charges
• Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch

Payment is required in full before dispatch, unless agreed trade credit terms apply to your Business Customer account. Late payment on trade accounts may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier issues, customs clearance, incorrect address details, or force majeure. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Certain aerosol consumables we supply are regulated dangerous goods. These items may only ship via approved dangerous-goods carriers, may be subject to restricted destinations or additional lead times, and cannot be combined beyond the quantity limits shown at checkout.

It is your responsibility to check local import restrictions before ordering internationally. We may cancel or adjust orders that cannot be legally or safely shipped to your destination.

If you are a Consumer, your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the EU Consumer Rights Directive where applicable — including a 14-day cooling-off period, the right to goods as described and of satisfactory quality, and a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods (UK).

Nothing in these Terms reduces your legal consumer rights.

If you purchase as a Business Customer: cooling-off rights do not apply, returns are at our discretion and may incur restocking charges, you are responsible for assessing product suitability for your commercial use, and the liability limitations in Section 12 apply in full.

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, incorrect installation, racing abuse, electrical components once fitted, or modified products. Proof of purchase is required for any claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

For Consumers: we are liable only for foreseeable loss directly caused by us.

For Business Customers: we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business interruption, downtime, or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Karting carries inherent mechanical risk.

All branding, content, images, product descriptions, and site design remain the property of Rental Kart Parts, its affiliates, or licensors. No reproduction without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks, including Shopify's, belong to their respective owners.

Any autonomous or semi-autonomous software ("Agent") accessing the Services must identify itself in its request headers, must not conceal or mimic human behaviour or bypass CAPTCHAs, must respond truthfully to any prompt asking whether it is automated, and must not circumvent our access controls. We may restrict Agent access at our discretion.

The Services may link to third-party tools and websites we do not control. Use is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for harm, loss, or disputes arising from third-party products, services, or content.

Rental Kart Parts is powered by Shopify. Any purchase is a contract directly between you and Rental Kart Parts — Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of that sale. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with us.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for abuse of returns, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms. You remain liable for amounts due up to the date of termination.

Feedback, suggestions, or reviews you submit grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose, including commercial use, with no obligation to compensate you or act on them.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate pricing, or product information at any time, including after an order is placed, and may cancel affected orders with a full refund.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our IP or that of others, to harass or defame any person, to transmit false information, spam, or malware, or to scrape or extract data using automated tools that don't comply with Section 14.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Kart Parts, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or liabilities, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, courier failure, or regulatory action.

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and, where applicable, EU GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and Rental Kart Parts. You may not assign your rights without our written consent; we may assign or transfer ours without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that EU consumers retain any mandatory protections under their local consumer law.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Material changes will be notified in accordance with applicable law. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
