Packing Insulator / Inner Carburettor Gasket – Honda GX390 Go Kart Engine

Aftermarket replacement packing insulators for the Honda GX390 go kart engine. Also known as the inner carburettor gasket, this is the seal that sits inside the carburettor assembly itself — keeping fuel circuits sealed and preventing air leaks that play havoc with mixture and idle quality. It's a small part that has a disproportionate effect on how cleanly the engine runs when it starts to deteriorate.

With E10 fuel accelerating the wear on carburettor components generally, it's worth replacing this as a matter of course any time the carburettor is stripped for cleaning or jetting. At this price with a pack of 10 on the shelf, there's no reason to refit the old one.
