HTD Drive Belt – 33mm – 8mm Tooth Pitch – High Performance – Go Kart

High performance HTD drive belt for go kart belt drive systems. Where a standard belt will do the job initially, the construction of this belt is built specifically for the sustained, continuous load of a rental kart drivetrain — where belt failure means a kart out of rotation and track downtime you can't afford.

Manufactured from polychloroprene reinforced with aramid fibres, with glass-fibre-reinforced tension cords and an aramid-reinforced tooth compound. The polyamide tooth cover fabric protects against premature wear and tooth shear under heavy load — the failure mode that catches out cheaper belts on high-use rental karts. This is the belt you fit when you want it to last.

Particularly well suited to outdoor tracks and high-cycle fleets where belts work harder and standard replacements wear through faster than they should.
