De Haardt Xtra Remote Control – Go Kart Speed Control System

The De Haardt Xtra remote control is the handheld unit that gives track marshals real-time control over the entire kart fleet from anywhere on the circuit. Slow an individual kart, a group, or the whole fleet simultaneously — or bring everything back to full speed with a single command. In an incident situation, that response time makes a real difference.

Time penalties can be applied to individual karts directly from the remote — the kart is automatically slowed for a set period and then restored to normal speed without any further marshal input. Clean, consistent, and impossible for the driver to argue with.

With a range of approximately 100 metres and the ability to control individual karts or the full fleet from a single unit, the Xtra remote gives marshals the coverage and flexibility to manage a circuit confidently without being tied to a fixed control point. Supplied with a rubber protective cover as standard — because a remote that gets dropped on tarmac ten times a day needs it.
