Rod End Bearings – Go Kart Steering

Rod end bearings, also known as rose joints, for go-kart steering linkages, track rods, and steering arm connections.

Available in male and female options across a range of sizes and thread directions, these bearings are used to create a strong, smooth-moving connection within the steering assembly. They allow the linkage to articulate correctly while helping keep the steering tight, accurate, and responsive.

Rod end bearings are a common wear part on rental karts. Heavy track use, vibration, kerb strikes, and regular adjustment can all cause wear over time. When worn, they can create steering play, knocking, vague handling, uneven response, or a kart that feels loose through the front end.

Left-hand and right-hand threaded rod ends are not interchangeable.
