Piston & Ring Set – Honda GX Series Go Kart Engine (T1)

Aftermarket T1 specification piston and ring set for Honda GX series go kart engines. Each kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and circlip — everything you need to refresh the top end in one pack.

These sets are based on the original T1 engine specification — the pre-emissions Honda GX design that the karting industry was built on. Importantly, while these are T1 spec parts they are fully compatible with new Honda GX engines — making them the preferred choice for anyone rebuilding current engines to the stronger original specification. T1 piston geometry differs from later emission-compliant variants, and fitting the wrong piston is an expensive mistake, so always match your specification throughout the rebuild.

Important: these sets require T1 specification connecting rods. They are not compatible with later style connecting rods. T1 connecting rods are available separately in our engine parts range.
