MyLaps Timing Loop Wire – Slim White Cable

MyLaps timing loop wire for installation under the track surface at the timing line. The loop wire is laid in a channel cut across the track, connected to the activator, and sealed flush with the surface — as karts pass over it, the transponder signal is induced in the wire and transmitted through to the timing system.

Slim white profile minimises disruption to the track surface after installation and keeps the loop as unobtrusive as possible once sealed in — important on a rental track where a raised or visible loop wire becomes a bump that every kart hits at speed, every session.

The correct starting point for any new MyLaps timing loop installation, or a replacement for loop wire that has been damaged by resurfacing or track maintenance work.
