Aftermarket fuel filters with mesh screen for go kart fuel systems. The mesh screen catches debris and contaminants before they reach the carburettor — keeping jets clear and fuel delivery consistent. A blocked or degraded fuel filter is one of the most common causes of intermittent fuelling problems on a rental fleet, and one of the most frequently misdiagnosed. Before stripping a carburettor, check the filter — it's a two-minute job that saves a lot of unnecessary work.
With E10 fuel now the norm, fuel system contamination is a bigger issue than it used to be. Keeping fresh filters fitted on a regular service schedule is cheap insurance against blocked jets and the carburettor cleaning sessions that follow.
