HTD Drive Belt Pulley – 30mm – 8mm Tooth Pitch – Go Kart

Toothed HTD drive belt pulley for go kart belt drive systems. Provides the interface between the engine output shaft and the HTD drive belt, transmitting drive cleanly and efficiently to the rear axle. The HTD 8mm tooth profile gives positive, slip-free drive engagement — a more reliable and lower-maintenance alternative to chain drive on reduction box karts.

Fitted using a taperlock bush — select the correct taperlock size for your tooth count using the guide below. The taperlock system means pulley changes and ratio adjustments are quick and tool-free, making gearing changes between sessions straightforward on a rental fleet.

Always confirm your belt width is 30mm before ordering.

Taperlock size guide:

• 1008 — suits 22 tooth pulley
• 1108 — suits 24 and 26 tooth pulleys
• 1210 — suits 28 tooth pulley
• 1615 — suits 30, 32, 34, and 36 tooth pulleys
