For De Haardt enquiries
- Petrol or electric karts
- Kart make, model and engine or controller type
- Fleet size and number of units required
- Current De Haardt generation and part numbers
- Components already installed: remote, transponders, beacons, sensors, timing host or range extender
- What you need to achieve: shutdown, speed zones, pit-lane control, sector control or complete replacement
- Clear photographs of labels, connectors and existing wiring where possible
For MYLAPS enquiries
- New installation, replacement or expansion
- Current decoder and transponder types
- Number of karts and transponders required
- Number of timing lines or sectors
- Existing loop, activator, power supply and cabling
- Timing software currently in use
- Track country, required date and any installation constraints

Important compatibility note
Similar-looking timing and speed-control parts are not automatically interchangeable. System generation, connector type, kart power source and software compatibility all matter. If any of those details are uncertain, send photographs and part numbers before ordering.
