Honda GX200 Parts
Every service part your Honda GX120, GX160 and GX200 rental engines get through — carburettors, gaskets, pistons, starters, clutch and reduction-box parts — in the workshop pack sizes a fleet actually uses.
Check you’re on the right engine first
This range covers the small-block GX family fitted to most single-seat rental karts. Running GX270s on your twin-seaters or heavier karts? Use the GX270 parts collection — several gaskets and top-end parts are engine-specific, so check each product’s application line before ordering. The model is cast into the side of the crankcase if you’re not sure what’s fitted.
What’s in this range
Top-end and fuel first: carburettors with their insulators, spacers and gaskets, complete air filters and elements, valve kits, cylinder heads and head gaskets in steel and composite, pistons and rings, connecting rods. Then the running gear — complete reduction boxes, inner cases, outer covers, chain drives and dipsticks, clutch centres, springs and keyways — plus recoil ropes, starter handles, complete starter assemblies, governor springs, throttle assemblies, NGK BPR6ES plugs, stop switches, oil seals and fuel pumps.
Priced for fleets, not one-offs
Most consumables come in packs of 5 or 10, so one order restocks the shelf instead of one kart — and many lines carry volume pricing on top. Running a commercial track? Apply for a trade account for the pricing and purchasing arrangements assigned to your business.
Engine playing up?
Before replacing parts on a guess, work through the Honda GX no-start and cuts-out checks or the wet-clutch and reduction-box fault guide — they’ll tell you which part you actually need.
